
This is an Asian-style stir-fry of broccoli and squid with added lemon juice and fish sauce. The lemon cooked along with the ingredients adds a refreshing tanginess, making it a delightfully light dish that you can enjoy endlessly. (Ingredients for two people)

| Veggie Maria Broccoli | 8 Pieces |
| Squid | 150g |
| Fish sauce | Tbsp 1 |
| Ginger | A clove |
| Oil | Tbsp 1 |
| Cilantro | Appropriate amount |
How to make
- Thaw frozen cut lemon and frozen broccoli in the microwave. Squeeze half of the cut lemon and mix with fish sauce. Finely chop the ginger.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Then add squid and stir-fry until cooked, followed by broccoli and lemon.
- Once the oil is well distributed, add the lemon juice mixed with fish sauce, mix well to evenly distribute the seasoning, and plate. Garnish with chopped cilantro as a finishing touch.
