
An appetizer with plenty of volume, featuring avocado wrapped in pork loin. The combination of melt-in-your-mouth cheese and avocado is superb. (Ingredients for two people)

| Tropical Maria Avocado slice | 6 slices |
| Pork loin | 6 slices |
| Umeboshi, smashed with a knife into a paste | 3 pieces |
| Pizza cheese | 50g |
| Radish Sprout | Appropriate amount |
| A Soy Sauce | Tbsp 1 |
| A Cooking sake | Tbsp 1 |
| A Sweet cooking sake | Tbsp 2 |
| A Sugar | Tsp 1 |
| Oil | A pinch |
How to make
- Thaw the frozen avocado slices naturally.
- Lay out the pork loin slices and place the avocado in front. In the indentation, add pickled plum paste and pizza cheese.
- Then, add some radish sprouts on top and roll it up from the front. Secure the end with a toothpick.
- Spread salad oil in a frying pan, fry the rolled pork loin until browned. Add the seasonings from A and stir-fry to combine.
