Ingredients

Tropicos Andean Potatoes 8
Thinly sliced pork 8 slices
Sake 2 tablespoons
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Curry powder 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds To taste

How to make

  • Microwave the frozen Andean potatoes, then wrap them with the thinly sliced pork.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon-wrapped Andean potatoes.
  • Add sake and mirin to Step 2 and stir-fry. Once the liquid has evaporated, add soy sauce and curry powder, stir well, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds at the end.
