
Use a ready-made tart crust to easily create a visually stunning berry tart!(Ingredients for four people)

| Tropical Maria Mixed Berries | 200g |
| Custard cream | 280g |
| − Egg | 1 |
| − Wheat flour | 30g |
| − Sugar | 60g |
| − Milk | 280 ml |
| Vanilla extract | A dash |
| Frozen tart crust | Size 6 (18 cm in diameter, 23 mm in height) - 1 crust |
| Powdered sugar, mint leaves | A pinch, a few sprigs |
How to make
- Thaw the frozen tart crust and mixed berries.
- Prepare the custard cream and chill:
1) In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and flour together.
2) Heat milk to just above boiling and quickly stir into the mixture from step 1.
3) Combine the ingredients from step 2 and cook over low heat, stirring, until thick.
4) When thickened, add vanilla extract and refrigerate. - Pour the custard cream into the tart crust, strain the thawed mixed berries and arrange them on top.
- Garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar to finish.
