
This is a simple consommé soup made with frozen avocado dice. Use plenty of vegetables from the refrigerator and just add avocado at the end to finish. (Ingredients for 2 servings))
Ingredients
| Tropical Maria Avocado Dice | 200g |
| Sausage | 6 pieces |
| Onion | 1/4 pieces |
| Corn | 100g |
| Cabbage | 1/4 pieces |
| Red hot pepper | 2 pieces |
| Butter | 10g |
| Salt, pepper | a little bit |
| Consommé soup | 600 cc (using granulated consommé) |
How to make
- Pre-cut the ingredients.
Sausages: 1/2, Onions: sliced, Cabbage: cut into chunks - Add all ingredients except the avocado to the consommé and simmer for about 15 minutes (until the cabbage and onion are mushy).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the red hot peppers and avocado dices, bring to a boil, add the butter, and serve.
