How to make
- Thaw the frozen avocado. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finely chop onions and boiled eggs, and mix with avocado dice and ingredients A.
- In a frying pan, heat oil and cook the chicken thighs until both sides are nicely browned.
- Place the chicken on a plate and top with the avocado tartar sauce prepared in Step 2.
